Chemvak A series are used in suction filtration, vacuum distillation, rotational evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid phase extraction etc. They are chemical resistant diaphragm vacuum pumps that can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and other industries. The pumps can be widely used for harsh acidic, basic and solvent vapors using corrosion resistant PTFE on all wetted surfaces. The vacuum chamber and the drive chamber are separated and sealed. Provides a longer working life of mechanical components. Chemvak A series pumps are diaphragm driven, do not need lubricant, regular oil change and maintenance, (no oil pollution). It is driven directly by the motor, without additional belt-driven transmission. Quality vibration-proof assembly ensures that the Chemvak A series operates at the lowest noise level among all other equivalent pumps. Cost-effective, reliable, unique structural design makes less than 50 dB of noise. Various models with a minimum vacuum of up to 8 mbar are available to meet the various needs of the laboratory. Each motor of Chemvak A series pumps has a built-in thermal protection device that automatically shuts off the pump when it overheats and continues to operate when the temperature drops.
